Ratio Christi (Latin for ‘The Reason for Christ’) is a campus ministry that equips students for giving a historical, philosophical, and scientific reason for following Jesus. Their goal is to share the Gospel on every college campus while training up students to defend the case for Christ and other objections that people might have towards Jesus, God, faith, and other spiritual matters.
Robert serves on the Purdue Campus where he helps students work through questions and overcome obstacles through understanding the wisdom and relevance of Scripture.
During Robert's junior year in college, he listened to a debate between Christians and Atheists. This led to asking questions to friends, reading parts of Josh McDowell’s book The New Evidence That Demands A Verdict, and noticing stories of God answering prayer. He started following Christ and graduated with a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering. Currently, he is pursuing a Master's in Christian Apologetics from Southern Evangelical Seminary.
He joined staff with Ratio Christi in 2024 and works as the assistant chapter director doing evangelism, leading Bible studies, developing leaders, and teaching. By God's grace, he hopes to build a team of mature apologists who love God with all their heart and mind. He believes God will use Purdue students to spread the knowledge of Christ around the world.
