CURRENT CRITICAL SERVING NEEDS

FIRST IMPRESSIONS

  • Outdoor Hospitality / Parking Lot Team @ 8:15 am, 9:45 am, and 11:15 am. Greet and assist with managing the parking lot 30 minutes before service, until everyone has arrived.
  • Outdoor Hospitality / Parking Lot Cones Setup @ 7:45 am. Takes about 10 minutes prior to guests arriving at 8:00am.


  • Main Auditorium Usher at 9:45 am and 11:15 am. Arrive 30 minutes before service starts.
  • Faithfully serving others to make them feel welcome and ensure that the services run smoothly.
  • Ushers greet guests when they arrive, ask late arrivals if they’d like to sit front, middle, or back, and are aware of open seats in each area.


CHILDREN'S MINISTRY

  • Large Group Teachers (Preschool, Elementary, Club 45)
  • Club 45
  • Adult Leaders in Elementary
  • Special Friends


YOUTH at CALVARY

Youth Leaders (2-4x/month)

Sundays 6:00-8:00 pm



WORSHIP & PRODUCTION TEAM

Our Sunday gatherings happen because of an incredible team of volunteers who serve both on stage and behind the scenes. Right now, we have several key areas where we would love to invite people to join the team.


Livestream Coordinator

  • Commitment: Once a month
  • Sundays: All three services
  • Arrival time: 8:00 AM
  • Role: Livestream Coordinators help oversee the online service experience each week. This role ensures the livestream runs smoothly so people joining us from home can fully participate in worship and the message.


Camera Operators

  • Commitment: Once a month
  • Sundays: 9:45 AM and 11:15 AM services
  • Arrival time: 9:30 AM
  • Role: Camera operators capture the worship service for our livestream and other ministry uses. No prior experience is required—we will provide training.


Photography Team

  • Commitment: As needed
  • Role: The photography team captures moments from church life, including worship services, baptisms, events, and special Sundays.
  • How it works:
  • *Signups will be shared through a Google Drive folder
  • *Photos are uploaded to the provided Google Drive folders
  • By serving on this team, you acknowledge that Calvary Church reserves the right to use all submitted photos for ministry and communication purposes


ProPresenter Operators

  • Commitment: Once a month
  • Wednesday rehearsal: 6:30 PM
  • Sunday: Arrival at 6:45 AM
  • Serve during all three services
  • Role: ProPresenter operators run lyrics, scripture, announcements, and other visuals during worship services. This role helps the congregation engage and follow along throughout the service.


Worship & Audio Team (Evaluation Required)

  • These teams require an evaluation before joining.
  • Areas include:
  • * Sound Technicians
  • * Instrumentalists
  • * Vocalists
